I'm beyond giddy over this month's blog train!! I love the palette that was chosen, first, and second, I absolutely LOOOOVE the theme I came up with!  I love it so much that I've already completed a full kit with alpha to finish out this mini kit.  It will start becoming available in mid-December after this blog train has "expired" and the new one has been posted. :)  In the meantime, check out my contribution!

What Goes Around Template #2

I'm trying to get in to a routine of posting more freebies then just the monthly Blog Trains!  It's been difficult, but I think I'm getting in to a routine or some sort.  Lol  Anyway, I've moved all my freebies to my blog since Facebook did away with the "like" gating thing or whatever it was called. Haha ... Truthfully ... this is MUCH easier on me anyway, so I don't really mind the change much. :)

August Blog Train: Crabby

Hey y'all!! I can't believe how fast the summer has gone by! It's already August 15th! My little guy will be starting 1st grade soon. *sniff sniff*

Pool Party is finally releasing!!

Yay!  It's finally that time where I get to reveal what I've been working so hard on over the past 6 weeks.  My very first kit called ... Pool Party!  This kit is a lovely shade of orange and blues that are perfect for scrapping all your poolside and/or summer photos.

For the next two weeks, you can download this kit for free at Scraps n Pieces.  You will need to be a registered member of the site in order to download, but signing up will only take a second, I promise!

Sneak Peek of My FIRST KIT!!!

As I mentioned in my first post, I took the beginner portion of the Designer Mentoring class at Scraps n Pieces.  I'm finishing it up this week, and on Monday my final product will be released!  I'm so very excited about it.  It's been a huge "labor of love".  I've been working on it for 6 LONG weeks.  I've learned so much, and had some amazing guidance from my mentor, Amanda of Manda Lane Scraps, as well as another designer friend, Karen Diamond of Karen Diamond Designs.  I appreciate them both more than they know!

Anyway, this kit will be releasing at Scraps n Pieces on Monday!  Here's the sneak peek, so you can get an idea of what the color palette is and try to guess what will be inside. :)

Also on Monday, I'll be launching my new designer Facebook fan page where I plan to display everything relating to my journey down this designer path.  I plan to post 2 freebies per month on my FB page, as well, so you want to make sure you are on the lookout for it and you click "like" so you will be notified of all my freebies.
